The RM of Sifton is made up of several unique communities, each with its own character and history.
Oak Lake:
Located along the Trans-Canada Highway #1, Oak Lake is the largest urban centre within the RM and offers local shopping, recreation, education, health, and community services. The historic Ox-Cart Trail runs through the community, and visitors can meet Isaac the Ox, Oak Lake's beloved mascot, at Isaac Park.
Griswold:
A quiet rural community with a strong sense of local pride and community spirit. The perfect place for country living in a small community that treats every resident like family.
Deleau:
A small, welcoming community surrounded by the beauty of southwestern Manitoba.
Oak Lake Beach & Cherry Point:
Popular cottage and resort areas offering lakefront recreation, camping, boating, fishing, and relaxation. For those who really enjoy the lake life, making a permanent home at either location is living in paradise throughout the whole year.
